Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or simple syrup
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Blueberries and lavender sprigs for garnish

Instructions:

In a small saucepan, combine the blueberries, dried lavender, and 1 cup of water.

Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, crushing the blueberries with a spoon.

Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher. Stir in the fresh lemon juice and honey or simple syrup until well combined.

Chill the blueberry lavender lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the chilled lemonade into each glass, leaving room at the top. Top each glass with sparkling water.

Garnish with fresh blueberries and lavender sprigs. Serve immediately and enjoy the floral and fruity flavors!
