Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup honey or agave nectar
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions:

In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, basil leaves, lemon juice, and honey or agave nectar.

Blend until the mixture is smooth. Strain the berry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove any seeds or pulp.

Stir in the cold water until well combined. Chill the berry basil lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled lemonade over the ice.

Garnish each glass with a slice of lemon.
